WORANORA NIA
Black Roan Welsh Section A Mare 2005-2016

Nia has had an extremely successful start to her show career. At Hawkesbury Show she won the Welsh Mountain foal class and was awarded Champion Welsh Mountain Mare or Filly (relegating her 'babysitter' W Treacle into Reserve) and at the Leisure Coast Show  she again won the Welsh Mountain foal class and was awarded Champion Welsh Foal Overall. Nia is a full sister in blood to W Nadia, both being by W Mosaic with their dams Nefertiti and Nerina being full sisters.
Nia's first outing as a yearling saw her awarded Champion Welsh Mountain Exhibit at Penrith Annual Show. Nia was a consistent Champion & Supreme winner as a yearling in Sydney. She became very sick with Equine Influenza and has taken a long time to fully recover and has therefore was not been shown as a 2 year old.
As a 3yo she has been lightly shown with success winning many Supreme Championships.

Nia's first foal was born in 2010 and was all I could have hoped for and she again had an outstanding filly in 2012.
